Thank you for your interest in Brookfield Academy, a community of Montessori educators who value the individuality of each child and create a home-like atmosphere for children to explore and grow. We pride ourselves on being the premiere private school community in southeastern Michigan and meet or exceed all state standards.
We invite you to contact us to schedule an on-site visit at one of our five campuses. To request an information packet, including enrollment application, program information, tuition fees, and schedules, please click here.
Brookfield Academy's Application Process
- Request an application packet from your campus of interest, or download and print the required forms.
- Schedule a visit at the specific campus you are interested in (link to ‘Our Campuses’ page) to explore the Brookfield community and see our classrooms in action.
- Attend a Parent Orientation and meet with the school principal. (This is required of all prospective parents, and can take place before or after application forms have been submitted.)
- Submit application forms (in person or via mail) with a $500 deposit to your campus of interest.
- Provide the student’s academic transcripts for students applying for grades 1–5.
All applicants are given prompt attention and Brookfield Academy places all applicants on a waiting list after the completed application forms and deposit are submitted to the school.
After currently enrolled students re-register for the upcoming school year each February, Brookfield Academy can determine the available space for new enrollment for the upcoming school year and will officially admit the student. In cases where more qualified applications have been received for a given opening, admission will be granted to the applications in order by which they were received.
Beginning in March, parents are contacted by mail to confirm when space is available for their child to enroll. In some cases, students can also be enrolled during the school year if space becomes available.
Brookfield welcomes all students and families regardless of race, color, creed, ethnic origin, or disability. We value differences, welcome the participation of families, and believe that through the diversity of our student body, children deepen their perspectives of understanding, tolerance, and mutual respect.
